It does not matter how it's spelled out. People will either not read the stickies and do as they please or they will still read the stickies and interpret them as they please.

Case in point: SRP threads.

Well yeah. Oh wait I get it (I think)...By your logic we just wanted to free up some cluttered space for the real D/s people. It has nothing to do with giving people a specific place where they can feel comfortable to express their desires in hopes of finding a like-minded person. And then you choose to use this freed up space to jab at the people that once cluttered it.

I'm a little surprised that this post sits so squarely with you Miss Taken as I have to wonder what would one of those folks posting on the newly formed personals forum think should they happen across this thread? I thought this was a place of learning, discussion, education, and honesty.

And I don't think nice is a prerequisite for internet communication. Tact, taste, and class aren't either they just happen to appeal to me more than nice.

Nah, I noticed. All I have to say for what it seems it is worth, is I am disappointed that the shit on the BDSM Personals and here is from regular posters to this board who regularly tout a need for tolerance, open mindedness, non judgemental attitudes, and acceptance of all. In my innocence I expected an influx of crap from the posters who regularly attack others, but no, it came from our own ranks exclusively. I do think in an unintended way it will educate and enlighten those looking though, so that is the positive I draw from it. I hope they all find who and what they are looking for without having to deal with too much negativity.
