SynnDee uses this phrase in a different context in her hot new incest romp, The Sky's the Limit Ch 1 (check it out if dad daughter swapping's your cuppa tea), and, as much as I was into the story, I found the phrase sticking with me.

I think it could be the name of an adult game show, where the audience reaction to naughty answers to personal questions is measured by the Naughty Meter - whoever gets the highest reading gets the prize. Of course, so contestants want to win very badly, so get very naughty...
