Actually I think that was Will Smith in "Independance Day", I think the line you're thinking of was "Why don't I have one of those?!"

Most of us are manual installing the quotes.... *grins* And the while I believe you are correct, I was thinking of Warren Oates as the drill sergeant, hanging on to the top of the Urban Assault Vehicle in "Stripes". *LOL*
