She used to be popular for the cookies she baked.
Now that the guys are over 18, she offers them a different type of treat.
Does it end with her pulling a train?
Does she also pleasure the neighbourhood gals?
Does her 18 year old daughter get involved?
Being "mom" is incest with her 18 year old inevitable??
So many questions, so many possibilities...

I could lose myself down that rabbit hole.

Yes, so many nice possibilities and that might be the challenge: How to tie it together? You have to avoid her going through the motions with all boys. Or if you do, you must keep it varied and entertaining.
Getting the daughter involved early might be helpful. So there can be dialogues between mother and daughter, some competition or conflict.
I imagine great scenes and dialogues, as she tries to lure the boys in with the cookies (They might be reluctant, cause at 18 you don't go for cookies) and then seduces them. As she gets popular, the visits do not go unobserved creating rumors.
Yeah, she might be bi-curious and there is one gal with a reputation, but she does not like cookies.
And of course the boys are talking so she might get a gangbang.
And all the while she keeps baking. Cookie types as metaphors? Dark brown Chocolate? Cream-filled?

Yes, pulling a train risks repetition, but it can be done well, as in one of my favourite stories, Pulling the Bridal Train by Ray Dario.
