I am just curious. I have gotten a lot of hits on a story I posted in mature.

Mature is actually overlooked by a lot of writers. I think many ( myself included until recently ) felt it was for stories about 50+ characters. The readership has a different idea entirely. They're looking for MILFs, and there are a lot of them.

Incest/Taboo is the most read category, but often down-voted, so the scores will be lower. After that is probably loving wives, and stories there will be down-voted even more, because there's a large population of crazies mixed in with the readership.

I am also currently working on some stuff with weird paraphilias involved. I am really not into this stuff myself but I seem to be channelling this stuff currently.

The BDSM tales get 5-6000 hits over their first few days and I'm told that's decent to average. I put up a mother son story a couple of months back that got 45,000 hits the first day and I'm not a big name author here. So as far as views I think its the top by far. For the record if you like young guys and older women although mother son isn't my thing (I wrote my story because i lost a bet.) that's really what those stories are is milf/cougar stories the cougar just happens to be the one that made your lunch when you were a kid! Okay now I will admit my ignorance what's a paraphilia? this some type of ghost non human thing?

I/T might well be the most read category, but I believe Anal would be a close second. That's judging by my submissions page. First Time gets a lot of action too.

I also believe Anal is the toughest audience. If you look at the highest ranking stories in the category, they are generally lower ranking than the highest ranking scores in other categories. LW scores average rather low too, but that's because of one-bombs by trolls. In Anal, the readers expect masterpieces, and will settle for nothing less.

That is exactly what happened to me. The wife and I role play. we had been doing it for ten years and you know you start to run out of ideas. One time we were drinking and trying to come up with something new. She had mentioned the word taboo which made me think of the classic porn and I said hey how about brother sister? We both kinda laughed but the next weekend she wandered into the room dressed in some lacey pj"s and started calling me little brother and asking if i had finally had sex with my cute little girlfriend yet. picking up the cue I said no and she proceeded to seduce me. I have been hooked ever since and that role play led to creating Mark and Megan the two characters in my Siblings with benefits series.
P.S we are both only children so maybe that's why it didn't bother us.
