the missing chapters of...

Hello everyone. I've recently read the story written by newbie2008 called :
My Latin Wife... A Fantasy Born

At the end of this story, the author left a note saying that anyone who would wish to know the rest of this pleasant story, would need to leave an email so that he may send us the missing chapters directly to us.

I would be very interested to know if anyone here has made this request in the past, and if so, if he/she received the missing chapters in their emails as promised? I already left a comment on his story, and I was simply curious to know if anyone here had ever gotten an answer from newbie2008.

I already did. Hence the comment I left in the story that I mentioned earlier. I want to know if anyone's received them or if I'm potentially wasting my time.

Chances are that they are long gone with that e-mail account. That, unfortunately, happens here. Some writers don't close out on series stories, thus showing no regard for those who have been reading them. I just wouldn't read a series until I could see that it was finished.

I love how you always say this, but also always say that their is no obligation here for readers or writers and no one owes anyone anything on a free site.

I do agree BTW on it being rude not to finish a story, but I also feel their are obligations here.

Not having an obligation and having insufficient regard are two different things.

But as long as you love something about me--even if because you can't wrap your head around nuance--has got to be taken as a plus, I guess.

Can't say there's anything about you that I love. You've been too much of an asshole toward me for any of that.

I can see why you'd see that there was an obligation, though--you see so much that isn't there.
