What the fuck is the meaning of life? I've been doing research on this the whole day and Monty Python still provide the best source of information on the subject. Listen to this and tell me if you have anything to add.

I'm due for this report on 8h50 minutes so be quick!

That's in hitch hiker's guide to the galaxy....it's the answer to life, the universe, and everything.......but not the meaning of life.

"Life... is like a grapefruit. It's orange and squishy, and has a few pips in it, and some folks have half a one for breakfast."

It's close, but not quite there yet...

Come on people, I need 20 pages on this 'till 8AM!

The meaning of life is and will be different for each and every one of us. You have to decide what is important, what gives you joy and sorrow, and what is our place in society. Is community really important to you? All these questions have been examined by many celibrated minds and my only answer is that you must find your own answer.

I loved my philosphy minor. I just should have finished school.

I was just about to say something along these lines. Life has different meanings for each person. I think sometimes those meanings might change, as your path in life changes.

Thanks, but are you sure there isn't a short cut?

Ezarc, you studied this: what's the word on the streets, what did those celebrated minds have to say? Just throw me something here...

"The unexamined life is not worth living" By Jean Paul Satre is a starting point. To find meaning in your life you must examine your priorities. Your belief system will tell you the meaning. Are you a good person? Why do you think so? Have you passion in your life for something? If so, what and why?
If not, how does your lacking affect you and society? Do we as thinking individuals have a responibility to just ourselves or to the greater good?
The Big Picture for the meaning of life is not so much the answer but the questions we ask our selves to find them.
My recommendation would be to get a note pad. Then just write down a huge list of question about anything in the human condition called life. After you have about two pages or so of them start grouping them. From those groups you will find your meaning of life.

Ezarc
