(This thread starts 10 years after the end of the Matrix: Revolutions the
peace between the humans and the Machines has come to an end once again the
humans are forced below by the overwelming numbers of the Machines once again
humans are bred in fields and are used to power the machines, once again they
live in a dream world, The matrix and a new One is needed.

Thanks to Alex my Roommate and best friend for writing that for me.)

My character below:

Name: Oeon (The One)
Age: 24
Gender: Female
Speciality: Hacking

I seriously can't think of anymore to add if anyone else can please pm me.

So the other Characters we need are a Morpheos type character obviously not the
same name and some more characters that work on the Morpheos type characters ship
and a Matrix Reader person that "jacks" them in.

Could the person who is the Morpheos type character post first please!

Kabuki

Hope this works. If not, let me know, and we can play with it a bit.

Name: Kabuki
Age: 38
Gender: Male
Specialty: Cybernetics

oh i am still "jacked" into the matrix by the way just so everyone who is gonna join (hopefully  )

Kabuki

The man crouched on the lip of the building roof, looking out at the city. His eyes narrowed behind his wraparound mirror shades, and finally stood, reaching into his duster pocket for his cell phone, it's ring shattering the quiet of the evening air.

"Kabuki." He listened for a moment, then nodded, ignoring the fact that the caller shouldn't be able to specifically see his movement. "Good. Let's pull her in. But gently. We don't know how aware she is yet." Without a goodbye, he shut down the phone, then stepped off the building, his form calmly turning in mid-air as he fell. With an uncanny ease, he caught hold of the fire escape ladder, and rode it down, the edges of his hands and feet providing enough tension to slow his descent. As the ladder extended to it's fullest length, he let go, falling the last few feet and landing in a tight crouch, the dust hardly lifting at his impact. Standing, he began walking at a brisk pace, his form blending into myriad of passing people with little effort.

They had to reach her, but not scare her off. Too many had already had that problem, being told of the Truth before they were ready. It would take the right immediate environment, something she would respond to with an open mind.

"Maybe there's a club she frequents. No, kind of expected, I suppose. Maybe a coffee shop. Something where she's relaxed, and willing to listen for a bit." Reaching again for his phone, he tapped in a short number, then listened for the response. "It's me. Give me a direction, and let's see if we can get her attention. Try putting a flyer on her door or something."

(Hair Colour: Brown
Hair Length: Shoulder length
Eye Colour: Brown)

Oeon opened her eyes her face turned away from her computer everything was a blur she could hardly see, she sat up and looked at her clock "oh shit" she said picking up the clcok making sure it was the right time suddenly her computer made a beeping noise.

She jumped out of bed and ran over to her computer an email opened there were two words in the email "YOUR FIRED" she groaned and hit her head on the table, it had taken her ages to get that job but even after a year and a half why had she felt like she didn't belong there why did she feel like she didn't belong here she stood up switching her computer off and decided to get some fresh air she got changed and slipped on her coat nothing flashy she never wore anything flashy she didn't see the point.

She opened her door to find a stack of flyers on the floor outside she picked one up it advertised a free coffee with every Breakfast she was about to discard the flyer when she saw the time of the deal it started at the exact time she had woken up her brian thought coincidence something else told her to go there no she did.

It didn't take her long to reach the coffee place she was surprissed she had never seen it before she had to walk past this spot everyday she opened the door and was surprised to find that the place only had about 3 people in it she went over to the counter and ordered a coffee she didn't want any breakfast and why spend more if you just want the cheaper free thing when she had ordered she sat down and suddenly wondered why she had decided to come here it wasn't something she normally did.

Name: Yakus
Age: 28
Gender: Male
Speciality: Matrix Analyser/reader

Yakus sat there looking at the Matrix feed watching the girl according to Akubi she was special well her code wasn't any different thats all that mattered to him he soon got bored and looked at the picture of his girlfriend she was waiting for him to come home then his eyes glanced over the code again

"oh shit" he said taking his feet off the table top and putting his headset on again calling Akubi

"Operator" making sure it was Akubi when he was sure he continued "Yeah we have a problem agents are in the vicinity not anywhere near but if you approach the shop from the north, east or south they are proberlly going to see you oh and if you don't get caught make sure to buy me a Bagal"

Kabuki

"Yeah we have a problem agents are in the vicinity not anywhere near but if you approach the shop from the north, east or south they are proberlly going to see you oh and if you don't get caught make sure to buy me a Bagal"

"Confirmed. Keep your eyes open, I may need a fast exit." Kabuki snarled to himself as he snapped his phone closed, then tried to find a polite way to rush nonchalantly through the throng. The western approach was nothing interesting, but it could also have proven to be a trap. It wasn't like the Agents hadn't pulled something before. They might not be completely aware of his team's movements, but they were highly efficient. He kept a quiet reminder to himself to find a way to get some variety of food available back in the real world.

Slipping into the coffee shop's entrance, he looked around, trying to catch sight of the One.

Yakus read the code for the Coffee shop there was something strange about a encryption

"right well looks like your home dry the agents aren't moving in fact their not doing anything ok the girl is in the seat nearest to the west wall..Akubi you sure about this her code isn't any different i really don't see how she could be the one"

There it was again a small encryption code appeared in the matrix "what is that" he leaned forward and stuided the encryption he had never seen a encryption like that before.

Kabuki

Jacked-In appearance - 5' 10", shoulder length brown hair slicked back into a ponytail, wraparound mirrored sunglasses, full length black duster, black t-shirt, black jeans, engineer boots.

Walking into the coffee shop, Kabuki crossed the room slowly, his eyes searching the various faces for the one he needed, his phone casually held to his ear.

"Trust me, Yakus, I know what I'm doing." Pulling a chair out, he sat down with his back to Oeon, then spoke in a voice that would carry over to her seat.

"So, every once in a while, you have to ask yourself, just how bad a day am I having?"

Zaron

Zaron
22
Male
hacking & learning abilities

~Zaron sat atop a building, looking down apone{sp?} the city below. Ever since he had been "freed" from the Matrix, it had seemed the city was fading from him but something inside his mind was telling him, he wasn't fading but growing. He didn't quite understand it but just went along with it. He never had a girlfriend, even in the matrix. It was sad but true. He was alone, his team members were the only real friend he had but he was picked on for being the newest member but supposably, we were going to add a new member to the group~

(good to have you aboard marcus2)

"So, every once in a while, you have to ask yourself, just how bad a day am I having?"

Oeon turned around when she heard the man she didn't know who he was but she recognised the voice and he seemed different

"who are you" she asked

Yakus was looking at the picture of his girlfriend again his eyes glanced over the matrix code again he jumped up and nearly fell over.

"Kabuki, Zaron we have a problem two agents back exit 1 agent front entrance they know you are there Kabuki they are moving fast only route out is the roof i have a fire ladded to the north of the building sorry about the late warning!"

~he picked up his phone and he had heard the warning. In a way, he could feel them coming but he didn't care. Neo who he had met just before the end of the war could feel them so he figured everyone could. And considering Neo could defeat an agent, it never seemed that they would be a problem.

Suddenly, he heard a loud hiss pass his ear and then an explosion as part of the wall of the building exploded and shot stone into his face. He rolled backwards and looked around. He suddenly, ran north without thinking~

I guess we'll have to finish this another day

~he said to himself~

Kabuki

who are you?

The old question. The moment of fear. That concern that someone may be doing something evil to her.

How right she was.

"Short answer? A friend." He stiffened as the phone rang, and flipped it open to listen to the brief message. "Long answer, possibly the worst thing to happen to your life today, if you can believe it."

He stood, already scanning the door for trouble.

"A danger more serious than you can imagine is about to enter. The immediate question is, do you fear me, or it, more?"

"you wish me to answer which i fear more you or the fear that will enter threw the door" she said

She looked over at the door a man wearing a green suit and black sunglasses entered the cafe looking around, searching for somebody, searching for her...

"I choose to go with you" she said

"If you want this girl to live then i suggest you move we can't exit we need to get her out of the matrix first, Zaron draw the agents away do not i repeat do not engage them"

he tapped on the keyboard searching for possible escape routes

"Zaron take the North way head to the bridge you proberlly know what to do Akubi then meet at the house this is gonna be a close one"

Kabuki

"Let's go."

Ignoring the startled looks of bystanders as he practically grabbed at her, he pointed to the kitchen door. Now was hardly the time for niceties, and he concentrated on using his rather intimidating appearance and brazen attitude to clear a path for them.

He didn't look around, not wanting to make eye contact with a potential enemy. Instead, he drove forward, pressing past baristas and servers, his hand briefly pressing against his belt to cofirm the bulges under his duster.

Not that firepower might help right now.

The kitchen wasn't anything special, dedicated more to the cleaning of equipment than food preparation. But it did offer an exit, a set of narrow stairs. Originally a fire exit, it luckily went both down to the basement, and up to the roof.

"If you're wearing heels, I'd ditch them now. You'll just break your ankles."

Barely looking back over his shoulder, he ran the first flight, listening for sudden door openings, screams of surprise, or the rattle of weapons fire.

OOC: Keep going with this, I'm liking this. This is quite entertaining and since I'm a fan of Matrix. Hope it lives!!!! YOU ARE ALL VERY GOOD!

~he grinned. Engage them? Then how would they follow? He grinned and swept his hand behind him and his gun seemed to magically appear in his hand as he fell downwards until he hit the ground at what seemed like a painfull jump but it was quite comfortable. he ran towards the cafe and saw the agent though his back was turned to him. He was about to bring his gun up when he spotted another agent~

Shit...

~he turned his back and the phone dialed quickly~

There is another problem, another agent... I'll see if I can get them both to follow.

~He looked around and sighed as he grabbed his other gun with the other hand and bent down. Luckily, he was in range and his guns egnited with fire and the sounds rattled the few that were around. He heard screams but let them pass~

Jacka Jacka never responded with the evil agents. What a shame. Good guys can't just get away... Well, maybe I can fill in for a few posts.

He registered everything with perfect clarity. It was beautiful, the infinite porportion of information being fueled and decoded, arranged and re-warded throughout him. In a single moment, he had all thought, all programs, and all worlds coarsing through his veins.

Unstoppable power without even thinking of it.

He saw, through several hundred eyes, the large ship... at what they called Broadcast depth. A wonderful little depth that let them tap into the Matrix, but also left them completely open to attack. For you see, they weren't all in that little ship.

Someone of them were inside. He could see those people too, with hundreds of other eyes. One desperately shooting, and another desperately trying to protect a woman. Jones could feel her life line, her fear, her wanton desire, everything. She was still plugged in... if he wanted to, he could cut her life right now, fry her brain with the tiniest of synapse.

Yet this Kabuki wanted her alive. And if he wanted her alive, so did Jones. Capturing a person alive in the matrix, however, isn't as easy as one might think. Jones moved, slithering past lines of code, entering a hardwire, some coffee slinging server that didn't know any better. In one moment, he was Jack Berry, trying to work his way through college.

The next, he was an agent, running towards the first flight of stairs. His gun already out, already drawn, watching them run through lines of green code.

Yet, the other hero could not be ignored. Of course not. He was the brave one, drawing fire, sacrificing for the common good. One could not just let that wonderful gift slip through their fingers. In a moment, he turned for the men, stopping for only a moment as gun fire rattled.

Quiet desperation from a pinned animal. They were... only human after all. The agent dodged them, standing still, motionless, and yet ever moving. Dodging one bullet to slip past another. He materialized giving the man a sorrowful smile.

"Maybe next time," He said, and ran right towards the man.

And yet of course, this multi-tasking force wasn't done. No. The ship still scanned through his sensors. Even as he chased Kabuki, even as he ran after Zaron with mild enthusiasm, he could still see the Sentinel as it wavered just beyond EMP range from the ship.

It would wait, cautiously, like a predator for its prey. Wait for the right time to pounce, the moment of weakness, a lapse that would destroy them all.

The only reliable thing about a human is that sooner or later, they will fuck up. Computers, agents, perfect sleek and flawless, waited for that mistake, preyed upon it, seized it with conviction.

The problem lies in choice...
It always has.

(Ok if i join)

Name: Verain
Age: 24
Gender: Female
Speciality: Driving:
in the real world: Ship
In the matrix: Veicles/Guns

IC:

Verian was sitting on a postbox watching the Cafe waiting for Kabuki to emerge she was wearing the clothes she always wore in the matrix black smooth trousers and top a dark green overhang coat covering her guns, she looked down at the people passing her mindless that she was there ignoring her some giving her strange looks suddenly she heard gunshots her phone rang as soon as she ehard the word

"agents"

she jumped up pulling one of her double guns out she heard a voice next to her "FREEZE" she turned to see a group of police no more then 3 she guessed they were patrol she raised her hands.

One of the policemen approached her reaching for her left hand, se used he rother hand to grab his hand and then slipped down under his legs flipping him over at the same time she aimed her gun adn fired hitting the other policeman , she flipped up and kicked the last policeman in the face during her flip, she ejected the clip and replaced it the streets were clear now pedestrians had fled when they had heard the gunshot...

She jumped on a car roof looking Zoran, she found a agent she pulled her other gun out firing at the program but hitting nothing but bricks and air she put her guns back and jumped across the cars heading towards the cafe...

A Agent was already at the entrance he turned his gun out she pulled one of hers out reloading it and ran and jumped headfirst threw the window the bullets missed her she rolled over on the floor and stood up she turned her head to Kabuki and said "go" and fired her gun.

Yet again the agent dodged the bullets with ease then stood there and grinned at her she hoped that Kabuki would get her out, she had heard storys of the one some said he could stop bullets some said he was the first human ever to return to the machine city she didn't care if they were lies she still believed in the one.

The agent stepped closer, she jumped up flipping over him the agent calmly stood there and turned around when she landed she span around and aimed her hand at the side of his face, he grabbed it and thrust his othe rhand hand hitting her in the stomach she went flying out of the section that had been the window skimming across the roof of a car and slamming into the side of the truck next to it making a dent in the door...

She stood up her lip cut and bleeding she turned back to the cafe the agent was gone.

OOC:
Name: "B"
Age: Unknown(looks in his 20's)
Gender: Male
Speciality: Hacking, Weapons, Combat etc...
Matrix: Ex-Agent("Freed" from the Matrix)
Profile/Info: The only Agent who has ever successfully freed himself from the machine's grasp. A little like Mr.Smith, except he wants the humans under his complete control, he wants to rid the world of the matrix and rule them in the "real world". In the "real world" he has built his own small empire, hiden among the mountains, a place where not even the machine empire dares to go he has hacked into the matrix and build himself up from scratch. Now instead of looking like a normal agent he stands at 6'1, he has taken the form of a african-american male, very built, black eyes and clean cut hair.

He has taken the name "B". He owns many businesses, and loves to manipulate people. He has grown very fond of the women in the matrix, this is the only thing he likes about the humans, their ability to mate. While he was a agent he never got the chance to try it but now that he's "free" he loves it. He has many computer viruses at his control, many take the forms of fighters and other beings, they are his own creations. He is a bit stronger than the agents, and loves to take them out. He will let nobody step in his way for world(s) domination.

Oeon looked down they had made it to the tp of the stairs the exit to the roof was just in front of them the door at the bottom of the stairs burst off its hinges he looked up and looked at her she jumped back as bullets hit the ceiling she ran out of the door..

The man who she was following closed the door and led her to the side of the building where she could see a fire escape ladder...

~suddenly both agents looked at him and aimed there own guns~

Shit...

~he quickly rolled to the side and ran using his hypersprint. He looked back and grinned, luckily, the agents were following but how long would it last? He didn't know, he just hoped it would take as long as it should. He really also hoped he could lose these agents~
