"Although there have been reports of multiple orgasms in males, there is some question as to whether or not they are complete orgasms or a resumption of an interrupted orgasm just before the 'Moment of Inevitability.'"
- "Encyclopedia of Sex", Westheimer, R., 1994, p. 194
"For the male, a cognitive orientation to experience multiorgasm is essential along with strong pubococcygeus muscles … The male has to train the striated muscles … In multiorgasm, ejaculate varies in volume and…the quantity is dependent on when the striated muscle contractions are voluntarily manipulated."
P. Kothari (Orgasm: New Dimensions; Chapter 11:
Multiorgasm: psychophysiodynamics)
Q: My husband can have multiple orgasms. I’m not complaining, but is this normal?
A: Orgasm in males is followed by a refractory period during which it is impossible for the man to get an erection or orgasm. The duration of the refractory period varies for every man and usually increases with age. A typical refractory period can last anywhere from a few minutes up to 24 hours in some men. Your husband must have an extremely short refractory period and while this is uncommon, I wouldn’t say that it is anything to worry about. In fact, I lot of women would consider you to be very lucky!
Ive met a guy who can have multiple orgasms... It was the best sex Ill ever have.. I think!!! Has anyone elce?
