With all the stories that exist on the screen of the Literotica computer-net website, how do I find the ones about female domination of subordinate submissive-sissy males? Does Literotica have a female-over-male category or fd|m category?

No - it's all wrapped up in BDSM. If you go to the Search Stories function (http://english.literotica.com:81/stories/story_search.php) and use Fdom as the search criterion you will get a fistful of stories and from those authors you will get even more.

Thanks for your informative reply, snooper. How do I narrow the search even more by leaving out the SandM? I like BandD without SandM. I would never have known how to do the search for it without your involvement. I'm not even average at using the computer-net.

There are two separate problems here:

1) The "search text" is on titles and keywords supplied by the author at the time of posting. This means you are entirely dependent on what was entered and I suspect that BD without SM is not frequently used, and that neither is used frequently in the BDSM category.

2) Framing your enquiry is sometimes difficult. I have to confess that the logic is not clear to me.

Certainly searches are not case sensitive.
Certainly single word searches give consistent results.
Certainly two words enclosed in double quotes will be treated as a single phrase.
Two words separated by a space but without quotes round them appear to be treated as a logical OR, ie all stories with either of them in it will appear.

Beyond that the use of + and - signs has an effect, but exactly what I cannot fathom.

Searching the BDSM category produced the following results:
fdom gives 75
london gives 102
fdom +london gives 102
fdom -london gives 75
fdom london gives 177
fdom+london gives 177
fdom-london gives 177
"fdom london" gives 0
london gives 102
london +fdom gives 75
london fdom gives 177
london -fdom gives 102

Quite how search interprets the + and - is not at all clear to me from these experiments. Perhaps Weird Harold knows?

The Literotica Search engine is poorly written and entirely dependent on the keywords each author enters for their story.

The +/- are supposed to be the equivalent of Boolean AND and NAND but don't seem to work as they should. From your results, it would appear that they're more AND and OR than the way they're traditionally used in search engines.

I do know that Google is better for finding stories than using the native Literotica search engine bcause you can search the text of the stories as well as the keywords.

I would try the keyword "Cuckold" or just "Cuck" if the 75 FDom stories don't have what you want. Or try Google.

Thanks to Weird Harold and Snooper for the informative answers. The main problem that I'm encountering is like Snooper wrote: BDSM is going to have to be for what I like instead of the category BandD because for all of the computer-net kinky sex sites, there is no B&D or BandD without the S&M. Unless Literotica starts a category called BD so that there are stories without the SM aspects such as whipping, body-piercings, and other similar things that I don't like.

Yes, as someone said, "Its a hard life!" (or translated into American, "Life sucks!").
