Like I've explained before, I'm trying to be more Dixon-like. Watch me name drop:

Last night at The Melting Pot I saw Spudd Webb and Veronica Webb eating fondue off the sleeves of Nipsey Russel and Jane Russel. It was in a word...divine!

As to the pic thing, just right click on the pic you want and get the properties (www.). Then click on the IMG button in your post and paste them there. It should show up as www.bustanut.org or whatever.

Anytime chubby cheeks.

BTW--You don't have a mullet do you?

<grin> no, I have one-length hair, brown, all the way down to my chubby cheeks.:D

I personally think its due to a lack of style on anyone's part. However, in the case of lesbians, perhaps they are trying to let you know they are butch, but with an inner femme side. Butch in the streets, femme in the sheets -- as quoted by Tribe 8.

Mullets on any gender.

Why?

True.

But why do so many lesbians dig this particularly loathsome style? Gay men aren't necessarily identifiable by their hair (Flock of Seagulls excepted) beyond general compulsiveness.

This is really a mystery in my book. What are the origins of the Lesbian Mullet? Has it always been this way? I'm gonna blame my old standby's on the the subject, The Indigo Girls, until I get a better explanation.

You outposted me HHG.

I do like your idea. It kind of dovetails with "Business in the front, party in the back."

Since Lit. is home to so many lez, bi and tri sexual women, do any of them find it particularly handsome?

I've noticed mullets of a feather flock together. It's rare to see a lesbian couple where one has the mull and the other has real 'do.

Speaking as a bisexual woman, NO! I definitely don't do the mullet thing. If you like it, then do your thang, but I will respectfully decline on that one.

So if a woman checked out on all fronts but sported a Missouri Compromise you wouldn't be willing to give it a tumble anyway?

I think that makes you a Mullet hater.

I opened this thread thinking "fish" and wondering what that had to do with Lesbianism.

I learn more and more here every day.

I wish it would stop now.

I think it came from the "bi-level" cut which used to be all the rage among lesbians.

They've taken it to a, um, new level now.

Ruby, you do a little doctoring to those bangs and you'll be a mullet maven.
