It's funny.

So many important Board members have walked away in recent weeks, and I've been disappointed in each and every one of them. Even the ones I didn't get along with.
This Board needs personalities. And distinct voices.

Yet here I am, following in their footsteps, making a mad dash toward the cliff, ready to plunge into the ocean.....



Cheyenne hit it right on the nose.
It's all about the one I love.
Nothing bothers me when I'm with her.
Everything does when we're apart.


I've had a little crisis of faith.
But I'm better now.
I think.


I would like to thank the people who took the time to email me. It's nice to know my efforts are appreciated. You won't be forgotten.




But I would like to clear up one little misconception, and that has to do with all the newbie threads I started.
That wasn't a prank.
That wasn't a joke.
That wasn't me being an asshole, or a brat, or a jerk.

That was a sincere attempt by me to welcome some new blood into the fold.
Instead of wondering why I did it, shouldn't you be asking yourselves why you didn't join in?
A few more friendly voices might have made all the difference.

Welcome back, Nitelight. I guess things just aren't the way they used to be...I haven't been welcoming many newbies myself anymore. <Shame Tiggs shame.> Anyway, if you notice, it seems that many of the newbies come here for their personals or the RP boards. I think most of those people never even saw your threads for them.

The one great advantage to being an oldtimer here is you get to know the quirks of some of the other members. Sometimes that can be a good thing.
