The show on HBO. The first season was awesome. A great original premise that cleverly explored the effects of such a event on society rather than the event itself.

This season? Maybe I do not get it, but it seems they have left abstract behind and entered in to the "how much drugs have the writers been using" zone.

Then again maybe I am pissed because I just know my wife would leave me for the main character...

Oddly I have never even heard of that series. Nor the movie with Nick Cage...
