These attempts at set dates for everything to truly end are giving people the Push to do things NOW that they've felt the need to do. Like the 2012 thing next on the list- it says the world will change dramatically. That's already taking shape now. People are changing. Weak are getting strong, silent are speaking up, frightened are becoming brave.

Ok, so I'm in a bit of a silly mood right now.

Well, to play devils' advocate, this was supposedly the Rapture, not the end of the world. According to the group who set this as the date, the end comes on October 21st, 5 months after the Rapture. This was just supposed to be the day the faithful believers were called up to heaven.

Now I don't know about you, but I didn't get the call. Maybe I slept through it. Probably should have set my alarm just to be safe. Eh, maybe next Rapture.







Whaddya wanna bet that so few true believers exist to be called up that those of us left here won't even notice lighter traffic when we drive anywhere.
