In French its: "Mediocrity que un hairball a crache sur le tapis de Perse de la creation"

(there should be accents over some of the e's but I'm having trouble posting the accents here...)

Translated back to English from the French it becomes:

Mediocrity that a hairball spit on the carpet of Perse of creation.

Not quite up to snuff, I'm afraid.

I like it better in Italian:

"Mediocrity che un hairball ha tossito in su sulla moquette persiana della creazione"
