The Landlord OOC

He had just bought the place two months ago. It was in a shambles; lots of room but the whole place needed work. After wrangling with repair men, contractors and lots of his own sweat, the place was ready to rent. There were four units. They all had nice views of the valley and the city below, but were well placed for privacy from the street. There was central courtyard with a common area for tenants and their friends to gather. It had a pool, large deck areas and a spa. He could see the other units and the courtyard from the top floor of his apartment. Most of the foliage was in bloom now and it seemed a perfect time to advertise for tenants. The ad had come out in the paper that morning.

Body type: Smooth, toned and curvy. Her legs were many a girl's dream, couple that with her 34c bust and a lot of things about this girl become pretty clear.

Personality: Because of her peculiar background, she has very liberal views about many things like privacy, sex, and just life in general. However, she is sweet, almost innocently so. She normally smiles a lot, basically the all around 'good girl' type of chick.

All that is good, except she is abnormal in more ways than just one, especially when her double life is concerned.

Personality: Not really the Millionares son playboy that people think he is, he was used to the idea of doing what he wanted. Slacking through college, sports leagues with his friends, staying up late, partying, etc.

It was a good life until he got kicked out by his dad, well not in the normal kicked out but he was told to get an apartment and a job. He was set up with one of his dads friends to have a managers position at a new restaurant. His dad also would cover the deposit on any place he found and help furnish it, but that was it he had said.
