just south of Lake Forest Ca. and just north of San Juan Capistrano, along interstate 5 is a hotel called the Riverea. It's adults only, and you must be a couple to sign in. Picture this, you have a night away from everything and everyone except the person you love. The two of you stay in a romantic honeymoon cottage that may have once been the stables or servant's quarters in a former Victorian home, this place has been turned into a bed and breakfast.

Supposedly one side is from an animal milked (goats?) in the morning, the other from the same animal milked in the evening. A tiny layer of ashes is between the two layers. My husband was quite pleased that I picked this out. It smells like ass but tastes very good. (Not that ass doesn't.)

The roses? Oh the roses! Well I bought them for $12.99 at the local grocery store. The type of rose was called Movie Star.

Although they are considered orange to me they looked pink in the store and peach when I got home. They had put babies breath in the dozen, secured the stems with rubber bands and put plastic around the top of the blooms.

The cheese I was trying to think of is called Morbier. I found the grocery story receipt today. Now I'm seriously pissed! I was charged twice for the Danish Havarti! A week or two ago I was charged twice for some chips my daughter wanted at another store. *grr*

Oh well then, here it goes...
It is an old farm, which is converted into this amazing couples' club, as you can see on their website. I have only been once since I don't live in The Netherlands any more.
When we went, it started of as being just a regular club, with people having dinner, dancing and just having fun.
After a while they played this song, which seemed to be the cue for everyone to go to the locker room and change into sexy lingerie or whatever they felt comfortable in.
It was very clean and felt kind of highschoolish, when you are all changing for gym class.
We gave our key to the locker to the bar staff, who by the way were extremely nice and remembered our names after asking only once. All the food and drinks are included in the admission price, which makes things even better. No hassle with carrying a purse or something like that. (We did tip them at the end of the night, but it is not necessary)
Since it was our first time there, we kind of walked around to see what was going on. The place is massive let me tell you that!
