So this weekend, we were at our favorite sex shop when I noticed this... Toy? It was with other toys, but claimed to be a dynamic kegel exerciser. I bought it.

I've used it twice since then- but I'm curious if any other posters here have tried it?

Honestly, I think it's fantastic.

I was interested so I looked around and read a review. Its marketed toward women who want to strengthen their pelvic floor according one of the developers/consultants Liz Miracle (http://www.theverge.com/2015/1/26/7892551/kgoal-kegel-exercises-device-review). Strengthen it to avoid incontinence. Okaaay, but they're sold in sex shops...

Anyhow I'm not making a statement why you (the OP) bought the device but I was wondering did you husband have any input or would you say it was mainly your interest in the product that cinched the deal?

You know, I can't speak to its long term effectiveness just yet. But the workouts are actually really challenging! I would definitely recommend it to anyone. The app is pretty cool and it's very easy to use. It's like a pelvic floor fitbit.

I was hoping there would be other women here who had tried it.

You know, I've always been interested in maintaining a strong pelvic floor. I've done kegels forever and I also have one of those crazy vagina weights (basically a dumbbell for a vagina- using kegels to lift/release). I just find sex more pleasurable when I have more control over those muscles.

I've never had kids, and I don't have incontinence issues.

ETA: I just re read your post. he knows better than to ever pick up a product like that and say 'hey babe, what do you think of this? I picked and and chose to purchase it instead of a new lelo, which is what he wanted to get.
