Well, first, you have to add some stuff to the cum so that it gains some solidity and stretchability...preferably something that's eatable, like xantham gum...Then you get a straw and poke it into a ball of the cum+ and blow into it....think in terms of glass blowing, without the heat...and once you have a bubble, you stick it in the freezer.

Admitedly, a frozen cumsickle on a stick is much easier to make but it doesn't convey the concept that not only is he without worth but is hollow and empty the way a cumbubble does.
