That sounds kinda perverted and doesn't make sense.
If someone is a NAZI and hates certain groups of people, how would fucking one of them make him appreciate the people as a whole? I dont understand.
It would make sense if someone had sex with someone to dominate them and to show them they're in control, maybe to humiliate them as a result of their cultural differences. That somehow could work, but still, its not very arousing.
Maybe a story about German wife who seduces or is seduced by a Jewish man to get back at her anti-Semitic husband. She knows her husband would get really mad if he found out so it arouses her. But still its kinda creepy when its set in 1930s 40s

as far as I know, Hitler himself (or one of his close henchmen) had his own, private doctor. This doctor was a jew. Hitler made sure, that this guy was saved. But still, he tried to eliminate all the other jews ....

You Sparked to ideas for me. One a Gay love story about a SS who falls for a man he doen't know is Jewish. then finds out later after an affire he is.
Second a Nazi that Kills a Jew and Takes a Star of David from him and gets caught with it in his hand before he throws it, by other Nazi’s and gets thrown into a Camp with Jews. Changes his way's after a few weeks of Living there, due to their spirituality and then gets released back to home when someone recognizes him. He then goes to share his new feelings with his wife and she rejects him and reports his Sympathy and gets him jailed. But in his last hours before an execution for some thing he did to help the Jews, he's happier then he has been his whole life. Add sex with his wife, falling in love in the camp and having sex in hidding. Oh start like this, before all this he rapes and kills a Jew, then meets her sister in the camp and that’s who he falls in love with. He tells her on the last day about her sister and she tries to kill him and he kills her in defense. Oh this could really be fucked up.

I agree with snooper and Anon.
A good portion of the Germans who were Nazis were just in the army to be in the army (after all, if 50% of one's village is composed of Nazis, one would probably join to protect one's family).
It's true that a story in this vein would be incredibly hard to write; there are a lot of people still sensitive about Nazism and WWII (with good reason). In such a story, the author would have to make it perfectly clear that the protagonist wasn't really a bad guy (the rape idea would probably have to be cut), and that he was generally against anti-semitism.
And even if the story was perfect, and written by a nobel laureate, the author would still get a ton of guff for writing on that topic. [Tangent note: historians and sociologists say that it takes about 2 generations for the losers of a war to start writing from their perspective. That's a really fucking long time, in my opinion, but makes perfect sense.]
So, good luck to anyone who has the skill, inclination, and guts to write a story about a Nazi and post it on Literotica.
