After a bit of a sabbatical....I'm working on a new story. I'm at a bit of an impass though with what to do. what would others like to see in a good boss/employee character dynamic.

Anything others DON'T want to see....maybe that's too played out?

Imagine the boss previewing the applicants Facebook page and discovering her unusual sexual tastes, despite her demure appearance. The straight laced boss discovers a world of depravity and is tempted to join in.....

A female boss is interviewing males for the job of her assistant. She already has a reputation as a dominant, but only in a business sense. At least until she notices on the resume of one of the applicants that he once worked as the assistant to a bitter rival of hers. "Dominant" takes on a new meaning when she hires him with the express intention of squeezing out any personal secrets he has about his former boss. Her only problem is that he's already a very kinky guy accustomed to being under the foot of his boss.

IRL I knew a male administrator who was demoted to his rival's gofer-boy. Nick was demoted for using his position to get sex from the women who worked for him, and they assigned him to a female rival, as her assistant, and she put him thru Hell till he was able to retire.
