1892, northern Idaho, the governor called in federal troops to suppress violent labor unrest there. The difference there was 1) It was at the request of the governor, not arbitrarily at the whim of the president, and 2) the unrest there was, unquestionably, violent. Quite unlike what is happening in Minnesota.
