I think the proof lies in his threats that he made about doing the exact act of what happened, long before the attacks, that were ignored, but apparently held much validity to them.
Are you suggesting that someone with more money, more idle time on his hands due to a worse exile, more neurological disorders and more general 'nutcakishness' than Usama stole his idea?
If I were to threaten to kill thousands in a specified manner, and then later in the year it happens, as I specified, it wouldn't surprise me if I were the primary and only suspect to the crime, even if I didn't do it.
