A gallon each of 4 different types of soup (roasted sweet potato soup, apple, carrot and butternut squash soup, minestrone, and chunky tomato. All veg cut fresh and roasted by me and I fucking hate peeling tomato skins off.)

Herb roasted pork tenderloin

Honey herb and sage roasted turkey breast

Two chicken broccoli and cheese calzones

Ten rolls

120 meatballs (20 are turkey meatballs)


And I'm sitting down for a couple of minutes then I have to go make chicken salad. Then I'm gonna cry for a few minutes before cleaning up, as one should.


The fun part is getting it all into the freezer...

Funny story about road head. This one time my MIL and I were driving home and there was this truck swerving all over the road. She backed off a little and made a grumpy remark about drunk driving...
