David sat anxiously looking out the window, flicking his eyes to the clock every now and again, waiting for his sister Hannah to arrive. She'd been accepted into college a few short miles from him, and given the limited nature of her funds, it only made sense for her to come live with him, and he had been more than eager to offer her his spare room. After all, what were big brothers for? However, his willingness to have her living there actually had very little to do with being kind and generous, not that anyone in his family knew that.

More than anything, he just wanted access to that sexy little body of her's on a regular basis.

Since Hannah had begun to develop a few years earlier, David had made every possible excuse to return home for a visit, despite the ten to twelve hours on the road each way; She was worth it, even if he'd only been able to look and fantasize thus far, both of which he did frequently. At 5'2", Hannah was fully a foot shorter than David was, with long dark hair, brown eyes that matched his own, and a petite build, as well as 32b breasts and a tight, cute ass. He was hard pressed to imagine a more perfect woman, aside from their being siblings. It also didn't help that she was 19 and he was 29, so she wouldn't have been interested in a sexual relationship even were they not related. Not anymore though; Now, unless she wanted to throw away her college education for a while, she was either living under his roof and his rules, or out on the street. It'd be a tough one to explain to their parents, but he'd think of something, if she actually took that option. Very doubtful.

Just then, he heard the sound of brakes as a car came to a stop in his drive way, and David smiled as he stood up to go out and help Hannah with her things, already feeling himself go hard with anticipation.

Hannah was nervous as she drives closer and closer and closer to David's house, she hated driving long distances' in fact she really didn't like driving at all, she never had, but she hadn't honestly realised just how far away from home it actually was and that scared her, she had never been away from home before, last year she had attented a college just a few miles away in order to live at home, but when she had been offered a transfer, she had jumped at the chance it really was a much better school and she would enjoy spending time with her big brother. Hannah really did love David he had a way of making her feel so safe and loved and he was very affectionate with her and she enjoyed it.

As she pulls into the drive way, she smiles seeing the door open and David walk out. Hannah climbs out of her car, stretching her legs, it felt so good after all the time spent cramped in the car.

She runs towards him, jumping up and wrapping her arms and legs around him in a hug, she had always done it this way, it helped a lot with their height differance. "Hey' she whispers softly, it was good to see him again. "Thank you so much for letting me stay here" she adds pressing a quick kiss to his cheek.

David smiled when Hannah jumped onto him in a full body hug, his hands going under her pert little butt to support her, and gave her a soft kiss on the lips...brief, but still a few seconds longer than a brother should be kissing his little sister.

"Well, nice to see you too Hannah...glad to see the drive didn't drain all your energy." Smiling to her, he lowers her gently back to her feet, looking down into her eyes. "I missed you...and I can honestly say, I'm looking forward to having you live with me. I set up a room for you, as best I could...it's all second hand furniture, but it'll get you started."

Taking Hannah by the hand, David brought her inside and lead her to the spare bedroom, now her bedroom. He had found her a canopy bed, hoping it didn't seem to young and childish for her, as well as a desk in one corner and a dresser in the other, with a mirror above. He had also tied a length of black silk to the two bedposts at the head of the bed, a third laying on her pillow.

"I hope you like it; Does anything need to come in from the car right away? Or would you like to just...relax a bit?"

Hannah laughs as she unwinds her legs from her brothers waist standing like this she was over a foot shorter than him, it was always something she didn't understand, he was so tall and she was so small. "I don't really care what it looks like I'm just grateful I'm allowed to stay here" she says happily and it was true, not many brothers would have their little sister live with them and he hadn't even asked her to pay rent, which was lucky as sh didn't have any money. Hopefully she would find a job soon though.

Hannah smiles as she follows him inside the house and up to her new room, she giggles as she looks around, it was pretty basic but that was fine she had a lot of stuff to put in it. "Its perfect, thank you" she says as she admires the bed. She had always wanted one just like it but had never been allowed at home.

"I might as well bring everything in, I have a lot to unpack" but honestly she was so tired and wanted nothing more than to just lay down for a while, but that wouldn't be fair to her brother. "Want to help me?" She asks with a smirk.

David smiled, enjoying how pleased Hannah was, though he knew that was sure to be short lived. "I'm really glad to have you here...in fact, I'm grateful you would accept the offer, I know it might make it awkward if you started dating, and wanted to bring a guy back here. Or a girl, if you're thinking of experimenting in college." He gave her a wink and a grin at this, and nodded to her question.

"I don't mind helping bring stuff in, it'll go quicker that way, and I'd be a pretty terrible brother if I made you do all the work. Then...I hate to be the bad guy, but I do need to lay down a few little ground rules while you're living here."

She raises her eyebrows at him "don't worry about that I won't be bringing any guys back and definatley no girls" she really wasn't that kind of girl. She smiles at his offer to help but it quickly dissapears as he mentions ground rules. She didn't like the sound ofo that, but she would listen to them, hopefully they would just be simple things like helping him around the house.

"Okay..." she begins nervously "but we will talk about that after I have unpacked" Hannah says quickly as she heads out of the room and back down to her car grabbing out a bag and one of the boxes and she carries them up to her room. She did lik her new room sure it wasn't as big as her old room, but it was much bigger thaan anything she could afford by herself.

David nodded when Hannah said they'd talk after she unpacked...that was fine, so long as she knew there'd be a discussion sooner or later. He headed out to her car, helping her bring boxes into the bedroom for her, taking in the view of her each time they passed one another.

When the last box was in, David leaned in Hannah's door, smiling to her. "I think I'll order in for tonight, then I'll come back and help you unpack if you'd like. What are you in the mood for tonight for dinner?"

Stepping over to her, David slid his arms around Hannah from behind, hugging her close, his arms just below her breasts. "I really am glad you'll be here....I've missed you, being so far away."

Hannah was grateful for David's help she had pretty much brought everything from her old bedroom in hopes that it would make her feel more comfortable here, so there was a lot of stuff.

Finally though they have it all in. "oh I'm not bothered, you know what I like" she says with a shrug, she was never any good at deciding and right now she really didn't have the time.

Sighing loudly, she runs a hand through her hair as she looks at all the boxes, she knew it would take a while, so maybe she wouldn't unpack it all tonight. She gigles feeling his arms wrap around her and immediatly she leans back in against her brother, tilting her head back to look up at him. "I'm glad to be here, but if you hadn't moved so far away you wouldn't have had to miss me" she teases as she pulls out of his arms.

"I'm actually not all that hungry, so maybe we can wait a bit and figure out dinner in a little while, or just pick at whatever I have left over. Right now, I think I just want to spend some time with my little sister."

David got hold of Hannah by the hips when she pulled away, bringing her body back against his again, but with his arms tighter around her this time. "And you're right, maybe I shouldn't have moved, then I wouldn't have to miss you so much. But that won't be a problem now that I've got you here, and all to myself."

He was getting hard, and was certain his sister must've been able to feel his erection throbbing slightly against her ass. Even if she couldn't though, his thoughts would've become clear to her when he undid the button of her jeans, and started lowering her zipper.
