Can't wait!
Take me to see it?
That's 5.
Smart arse.
I really need to read the books! I just can't bring myself to watch a film without first reading the book, if one exists.

Yup. I enjoyed reading The Hobbit. LOTR is okay, but I found it to be quite a slog. This book exists, and it is wonderful.
bwa-ha-ha-ha-ha! that's awesome, vanessa!

Saw it tonight, good movie. I was shocked to see people taking young children to see it though it was very full on and violent.
Too true. The Hobbit: Deus Ex Mi*$^@!dir.
NM: even as a LOTR fan, i felt a few scenes were longer than necessary.

Too true. When I heard it was going to be three movies instead of two I had to wonder what crap they were going to be adding.Well, if they'd have cut all the parts that went to Stupidville, then the movie would have been a more normal 90 minutes in length.
