The Halloween Music thread.

Did you see the Fox live version from Thursday? I recorded it, but haven't watched, I've heard it was good though.

I didn't bother with it. The drive-in is playing Little Shop of Horrors with Rocky Horror Picture Show this weekend and next...if only the weather would behave. :(

Way back the old Meadowbrook in Warwick had a midnight showing of Rocky Horror on Saturday nights. It ran for years. We'd go and do the whole routine, the toast, rice, dressing up, dancing in front of the screen, a really great time.

Why do I have a vision of a showing like that drawing a bunch of hipsters doing the time warp ironically?

Not sure if you know but they show it at Lincoln Mall now, not sure how often.

That was kinda what I thought the new one would be. The group that wants to go is pretty solid; so many fishnets and drag will be had. Screen two is Friday the 13th and Nightmare on Elm Street...but I was out voted/will go back and forth anyway seeming how I can recite most of every movie anyway.

Ok, last one.

You know many years ago that drive in showed x-rated movies? Think about that, you could be driving down 146 (if we're talking the same one) and occasionally get a glimpse of Porn on an enormous screen

My unsolicited opinion:
Christina Millian was too adorable as Magenta.
Laverne Cox was fantastic, though her accent was distracting at times.
The rest of the cast was chosen well and did a great job.
And whoever played Columbia was fucking brilliant.

Oh, and Don't Dream It was, by far, the hottest thing I've seen on TV in my entire life.

The Eagles - Witchy woman:)
Rob Zombie - The Sinister Urge album
Moonspell - Vamipria
