I hope the SOB gets the gallows! (we have that here in WA) A friend of mine knew the parents of Opal (victim), they were good people, and my friend says they grieved for Opal for years after they pulled her body from the river. I want that puke to suffer for the pain he is responsible for! No plea bargains, no "he was abused as a child", nothing! Just evidence, testimony, conviction, sentencing, reasonable appeal, then execution!
I hope the state screws up the execution, and the puke's neck doesn't break! He'll just swing and sway, kicking his feet, and choking on his adams apple!

We hope. While DNA evidence is fairly conclusive, and while they have other evidence on this guy, until he is convicted, he is a suspect. Yeah, I know, he probably did it - but I would hope that someday, if you ever sit in a jury box, you can view people as suspects before they are convicted.
