Simple Concept:
Start with a good premise. Add to it to make it bad, then add more to it to make it ugly. Could be fictional, real, humorous, whatever works....

Good: I met a an amazing woman last night and I made it to third base.
Bad: She had a cock.
Ugly: It was bigger than mine.

Good: once i found a very nice and "willing" girl at a Disco during a vacation in Spain

Bad: when i took her to the place i was staying for some nocturnal activity, i discovered the keys of the house were in possession of the friend i was in vacation with and no one was answering from the house

Ugly: after i missed to have my night fun and spent all the night out of the house in my car, the morning after my friend came out of the same house with a nice girl and told me he had a really good night with her. If i would have followed my first instinct he could have ended his vacation with a much more ugly face...
