It depends how sturdy that twig is .. it doesn't look very sturdy to me! I think a particulary racous round of squirrel-lovin' might put an end to this arty-farty bed thread!

I just noticed the rope on the twig and the chains at the ceiling. Perhaps it's supposed to catch the cheating spouse?

There are a half dozen or so of these beds on the beach at Hidden Beach Au Naturel resort south of Cancun. Fun stuff.

On closer inspection it does actually look like a giant louse-trap! Disguised as an art-farty bed! Whew! Thank goodness I didn't fall for it!
