...the Aspen Institute Homeland Security Group, co-chaired by former Department of Homeland Security boss Michael Chertoff and sponsored by Lockheed Martin and IBM, has presented to the House Permanent Select Committee its white paper which maps an "evolving mission" for the Department of Homeland Security.

Remember...

...the NDAA2012 codifies that America is now a battlefield in the War on Terror.

And keep in mind that the city of Los Angeles is now conducting/hosting US military excercises, the city of New York is conducting trials using drones for general population surveilance, and the city of East Orange, New Jersey is set to add "pre-crime", "light-based intervention systems" to its multitudes of surveilance cameras, with the specific purpose of spotlighting in red anyone, as far as a block away from the camera, the watchers believe might be about to commit a crime...

...these are all activities mostly financed by Homeland Security now and, if you read the AIHSG's report, you'll see where the federal government wants to eventually gain total control of who state, county, and local police departments hire, and to assemble as complete a digital database on every human being as is possible.

Joint military/police operations are now common place all over America, the TSA, under the umbrella of the DHS, has now free reign over controlling all transportation in America...

...and every digital action you make is recorded, stored eternally, and monitored consistently.

The future is totally Federalized policing, enforcement, and complete data collection...

...and it's being brought to you now by both the Democrats and the Republicans, with virtually complete disregard for the Constitution of the United States of America.

Welcome to your USSA, everybody...

Six pages of this vvvvvv written by Chertoff and some guys at Lockheed and IBM who wanted a government paid junket to ski Aspen last week. Yawn.

There's not an ounce of substance here, but at least it scared the piss out of eeyore, so I guess that's worth something.

I've read that the TSA will have the exact same degrading and dehumanizing screening checkpoints at roads and interstates, bus stops, train stations, malls, schools and colleges, department stores, office buildings, etc...

Every single facet of our society will be completely overrun by government employees, military personnel and federal agents, threatening, harassing, and intimidating people.

In the very near future, merely making simple statements critical of the government will get you and your family added to some watch list for the rest of your life.

America is no longer a free and prosperous nation.

The real mission and purpose of homeland security is political repression and the gradual unraveling of American democracy.

Homeland Security will come under the control of the United Nations when the gun treaties are passed by the Senate.

They can have my gun when they...
Offer me a decent price.
Capitalism and all that.
Well, there are a few I'd like to hang on to, for sentimental value. But I've been shot more then protected, so the fact that I still want them should say something. Though I don't know if it's about America or my mental stability.
