When I was stationed in Europe right before the Millennium, AFRN would carry the Art Bell show After Dark. They took predictions from 1899 and compared what came true and what was over the top in 1999. I can’t remember much of what did or didn’t materialize but the discussion on what 2099 would look like was fascinating.

The one thing I took was that the East Coast from Maine to Miami and the West Coast from Vancouver to TJ, would basically be City States and have more in common in trade with their respective oceans. You can already see the lights filling in the dark spots along those coasts if you’ve been flying for anytime in the US. Not sure abut the trade.

The internet is essentially a library reference room that lets anyone access the reference books even if they are loud, stupid or disrespectful.

Automating that to do the reading and research for you is simply next level Reference Librarian or Search Engine evolution.

Stupid people have always been replaced by technology, from the wheel to ai call centers.
