The workplace hijinx have led to an atmosphere in some companies where even a simple 'you look nice today' can get you in trouble.

So, imagine if you will .....

Once a week or month, there is a gathering of employees and execs. The purpose is to release all the tensions of working together under such rules. Anything goes. Just attending is giving your explicit permission to be explicit. Touch, feel, grope, or more. In the open, no holds barred. You can't really say no either, so this is the time for the guy who usually gets shot down to go all in with the hot secretary or manager who won't talk to him at the office.

Might be in business attire, or some other theme. Perhaps some sessions are CFNM while others are CMNF. For some sessions, spouses could be allowed to attend.

No business talk, only play.

Back at work during the week, no mention is made or what did or might happen, or even acknowledgement of who attends.

sounds like one of the original Star Trek shows - some very conservative society, but then at certain times, the church bells ring and everybody just starts raping one another. Then it ends and everything is back to their normal conservative selves...

My sense is that such places/times are oriented towards men fulfilling their desires on women - how many women are going to freely walk into a place knowing even guys they don't like or find attractive are going to be feeling them up? What do they get out of it???

Yeah, this is a fantasy of power reversal. What would bring a power-holder - a beautiful woman, handsome man, a boss, a social powerhouse, etc - to willingly enter into such a situation?

I'm drawing a blank on the motivation. If you wish to cause it to happen, there's a lot of noncon ways to do so, but seems like that more than slightly wrecks the premise.

I'd also think there'd rapidly become 'crews' or 'gangs' of people who gather together for mutual defense/offense in such a situation. If one of theirs gets put into some situation they don't like, they all jump in on the offending party and wreck their day. Flip side, they hunt targets that one or more leader personalities have something against.

Hrmm. Maybe a humor/satire "The OTHER Boardroom Battle"?

To explore the ideas already written above, one option is it's a new fad, just like all the other whacky management fads which go round. This one is no holds barred office fucking, the polar opposite of everything which mist be learned and practiced and committed to. Sort of like a Deliverance weekend for the guys to let off steam, but in the office. The new workplace consultant introduces it - office tantric sex - team building by orgy. What happens at team building orgy stays at team building orgy. No one talks about it, but like all the other training you sign up for, it's compulsory and your performance is measured and monitored.

The second option is a version of High Rise by J G Ballard, where society starts to break down, but here it's in the office. So the norms we all exhibit are subverted by some external influence - recession, market crash, insurrection, disorder. So the office becomes the opposite of a haven, and more a mirror of what's going on outside. The work has to be done, but it's Lord of the Flies, as the strong take what they want and the weak submit.

That's part of the no mention of it elsewhere, she/they do things they would never be willing to admit.

Interesting idea. If I were to write it (which I'm not), I would certainly have the final scene back at the work week, with everyone keeping a straight face but savoring the memories.

Saturnalia, festivals of misrule -- way back when, a day or three at year's end reversed or lost the usual rules. Fast-forward to now, corporate-wise. A progressive antiquarian CEO, moving beyond Casual Fridays, establishes Freaky er I mean Friendly Friday the Thirteenths for frisky employees at all levels -- a festive day of misrule and orgies. Morale improves.

Fuck Fridays

As part of the moral boosting and stress relieving strategy the firm introduces Fuck Friday.

On Friday morning all employees are entered into a draw, depending on their performance during the week and are paired with another employee, different draws for those that want same sex partners etc.

Could lead to some interesting possibilities:

Do all the men push themselves really hard to get to the Rachel, a blond bombshell who tops the sales charts every week, only to find that she's thrown the week to have a chance at Brad the college dropout who works in the post room?

Turns out that Rachel made the bottom pool only to get drawn with Neville the 60 year old janitor. Brad ends up with Margery a 50 year old divorcee who works on the front desk, but turns out to be a ferocious fuck.

Timer starts at 1 and everyone has to be back at their desks for 2 clothes stained and all.
