Its become apparent to me that Obama makes good private stock market losses with tax money he borrows. The pattern is, after days when the DOW drops like a rock the decline is soon followed by a steep rise when Obama uses debt to buy up stocks, and save all his elite friends. Tax payers get stuck with the debt and Hillary makes money.

My hypothesis explains Obama's source of power over the Republican Congress. Obama holds the elites' prosperity hostage in exchange for GOP complicity.
