19 year old Claudia worked hard, and studied harder. Still living at home with her folks, she holds two part time jobs and goes to school full time, in addition to once a month flute lessons, which she had picked up while in college.

She ran her fingers through her short blonde hair, her baby blue eyes frustrated. One of her jobs had scheduled her during class. . . again.

"I cannot afford to keep doing this," she grumbled. "How many times do I have to tell that asshole up in management that I have class during that time?"

Donning some running gear, she goes out and starts running to start to try to relieve her stress.

Louis pulled his Toyota Prius up outside his house and removed his Ray-Ban's. He checked himself in the rear-view mirror and smiled approvingly, his 2-day stubble creasing gently as his blue eyes sparkled back at him. "Another day of work over," he thought to himself, imagining the evening ahead of a take-out, beer and sport on TV.

Just then in the rear-view mirror he caught sight of his neighbour's gorgeous 19 year-old daughter, Claudia, leaving the house and begin jogging along the street. She was a spunky thing, that Claudia. Industrious but always friendly. He felt a pang of sadness. Marriage and children had somehow eluded him. Still only 39, but somehow his life was devoid of the kind of energy that teenagers bring to the household. In another life he would have loved a daughter like her, but for now it was all he could do to discretely watch her jogging towards his car in her Lycra running gear.

He quickly brushed his hair back with his hand. It was very short so didn't really need attention, but something inside him wanted to make him look his best. He opened the car door and got out, briefcase in one hand and suit jacket over his arm. Shutting the door with the back of his leg, he looked up and called a cheery "Hi!" to Claudia, nodding a smile at her as she approached. "You're always on the go aren't you?" He liked her youthful energy and inwardly felt very warm towards the young woman. He turned and made towards his front door.

"Hi!" Claudia replied, slowing to a stop. "Yeah, just kind of frustrated right now, one of my jobs scheduled me during class again. Just trying to calm down."

Louis frowned sympathetically. "That's bad news." He looked at her face, glowing with anger, he guessed, although there was something very attractive about that. Spunky, like he said. Her chest was heaving, he noticed in his peripheral vision and tried *desperately* not to look at it. "She's 19" he told himself.

"Well if you don't get calmed down by the run, feel free to come over later and take it out on my punch bag down in the cellar," he joked, his eyes sparking at her. "And think about jacking in the job, your studies are important." After all, it's just money, right?

"It's how I'm supporting my family, I work two part time jobs, go to school full time, and then also have flute lessons," Claudia said. She brightened slightly at the suggestion. "That'd be great! Could I do that right now, actually?" she asked.

Louis felt his heart suddenly skip at the thought of her coming into his house now, dressed in those tight jogging pants and top. "Sure you can! Excuse the mess though, haven't done the chores for a day or two."

He put his key in the door then turned back to her thoughtfully. "You support your family? I didn't realise. That's really good of you, you're a great daughter for doing that. And flute? I didn't realise you were musical. That's great! But you know you ought to get lessons more regularly than once a month if you want to get good."

Claudia sighed. "I know, I practice as much as I can, what with everything going on. . ." she said, smiling as she made her way through the house. "My place looks much worse than this," she confessed.

Louis led her in through the hall and to the kitchen. "Can I fetch you a drink? I'm going to put the coffee machine on." As he filled the jug with water, he took a quick look at her ass... "that looks so pert" he thought, then felt guilty. "She's only 19..."

He felt sorry for her, working so hard. "The cellar's this way, the light switch is on the right hand side by the stairs. Go hit it as hard as you like, there's music down there too if you want to put "Eye of the tiger" on while you do it...

He immediately felt stupid. "Stop flirting with her, she won't get that reference from 80's pop culture, you moron" he berated himself.

"thanks," Claudia said as she bounced down the stairs. Putting on "Eye of the Tiger" as loud as she could, she began throwing punches at the bag, working out her frustrations.

After she'd been down there an hour Louis felt the need to ask when she was next due at work, hoping she'd get the hint. Yeah he liked this hot girl in his cellar, but his intentions were pure, and to be fair, she'd been there a while and he didn't want the neighbours getting the wrong idea about him.

"Oh, hey!" Claudia said, throwing one last punch at the bag before grabbing her water bottle. "What's up?"

"Oh I just gotta do some stuff now, and I guess you'll need to be doing some reading or something. But you're welcome to come back anytime you like to hit the punchbag again."

Claudia smiled. "I'd like that. Thank you," she said. "I do have to go do some reading, but I'll be back over soon." Waving bye, she went back to her house to strip and shower before getting down to her book.

As he closed the front door behind Claudia, Louis sighed deeply and leant against it. Wow. He went quickly to the cellar and sniffed the air... the scent of her sweat still lingered and it gave him a hard on. There was a damp patch on the seat by the ball where he guessed she'd taken a short rest. He got down on his knees and sniffed her sweat on the seat. He felt the blood rushing to his cock and pulled open his pants, masturbating furiously thinking of her tight ass in those jogging pants.

Claudia spent most of her time the rest of the week working or studying, but she swung by Louis's place with a plate of freshly baked cookies after her flute lesson. "Hey, I, um, never thanked you for being able to use your punching bag, so I brought over some cookies," she said, offering the plate to him.

Louis was pleasantly surprised to find Claudia at his door, and with cookies too. "Hey, that's my favourite, thank you!" He leaned in and gave her a peck on the cheek. "You know it's really no bother, you can come use it any time. Give me a text if you want to pop over" he said, handing her his business card.

"So how is the flute going?"

"Pretty well, I suppose. My teacher thinks I'm improving rapidly, but. . . it's been hard, jugglign everything. . . " Claudia said.

"Yeah I bet..." he thought quickly about how he could help this girl. "I've been thinking, I mean... if it wouldn't seem odd... I love music and think it's great you're learning. I have no kids and loads of spare cash, I though perhaps I could pay for you to have more regular lessons..."

Claudia's eyes light up. "Oh my Atlanta, that would be fantastic!" she exclaimed, hugging him. "Thank you!!"

The sudden hug caught Louis by surprise. The smell of her perfume, the feel of her breasts pressed against him - he nearly dropped the cookies. "Oh," he gushed, "it's no problem. Really, I just want to help out. So are you able to make it each week the same time, no problems around getting there?"

"Okay, I just wanted to let you know that if you needed a lift or anything like that, I'm happy to oblige. I know you work hard and time is probably precious to you."

"Well if you need anything, just text" he beamed. Happy to play at having a pretend neice to look after!"

He looked at the cookies. "Say, did you want to come and help me eat these now?"

Claudia smiled. "Sure. I have a free afternoon, believe it or not," she said with a laugh, sitting down and snagging a cookie.
