Hi all,

I know I've been quiet about this project recently, but that doesn't mean I've stopped work on it! The domain has been purchased, the website is just about ready, I've edited the stories that've been submitted to me and I've even nearly finished the story I'm writing myself (the hardest part!).

With any luck the site will be live by the end of September at www.eroticweddingdress.com and I'm hoping you will all visit it and spread the word.

I am also hoping that a few more of you will submit stories for me to use. The terms are - I get to publish your story under your name on my website until the end of September 2008 or until the amount has been raised. After one or both these points have been reached full use and rights will revert to the author. I haven't yet decided what to do should the amount raised be greater than the amount required, either donate it to a Lit charity (free speech anybody) or divide it up amongst the authors who have contributed.

Anyway. Everyone who has contributed please can you copy and e-mail the form below to me (just a consent form so everything is all nice and legal) at myname at gmail.com

And if there is someone out there who wants to help me get the wedding dress of my dreams, but has not been inspired to write anything, then please let me know - especially if you're in the US!

I ________________________ writing under the name of _____________________ give Vermilion Lazarus permission to use my story, _______________________________, on her website, The Erotic Wedding Dress, to raise money. I do/do not give permission for her to use my story as part of an audio collection to be distributed by her to raise money for the same cause, all rights to revert to me from the 1st October 2008.

I've not heard of you wanting stories, but you probably had a thread somewhere and I missed it, because I don't see the front page of the forum very often. What type of stories are you looking for? Exclusive ones for your site? Ones based on "wedding" themes? If you have a thread that answers all my questions, I'm more than willing to look, if'n you'll toss me a link.

Right now I'm willing to donate a story that is about a bride that ran off from the wedding... Take a gander and see if you like: "Wedding Night with No Wedding" is here at Lit. I will donate a new fresh story, but I can't promise when it will be delivered, as the muse doesn't like me very much these days and is only working at half-assed pace.

First of all, my law student disclaims any knowledge of the law of the state in whose schools she is currently studying, let alone the law of a foreign country like England, which, as she correctly points out, is east of the Mississippi. That said, she thinks it would be much simpler for you to e-mail all of your contributors, and after prattling on about how you're soooo grateful and their stories are soooo wonderful, remind them of the terms that you posted at the beginning of the thread and ask them to acknowledge their agreement in a return e-mail. And tell them you hope to make an audio CD and will assume that they agree unless they tell you otherwise.

Don't bother prattling to me. I understand all the terms, audio's fine; good luck.

Take a look at Becoming a Queen, and see it if it suits you. As you are using it as a teaser, I'd prefer it did not go on audio.

Do the readers who donate get any rights to what they purchased? Your site will need an end-user agreement

with the CDs you mean? Good point, I'd need a disclaimer - for personal use only, not for re-distribution etc...
