The Enchanted Cottage is located in the mists of time between Shadow's Hacienda and the cabin on Pine Tree Hill

It's a beautiful place full of tranquility.. you may even see our beautiful swans on the lake....

This was built to inspire those of the romantic penmanship... and those who enjoy a quiet place to read the works of the many talented writers.... that pass thru our doors....

You may stroll upon our lush french provincial and english gardens..

There is even a beautiful calming waterfall on the other side of the lake....

Since the weather can be unpredictable this time of year.... there are cozy chairs inside the beautiful conservatory with lots of windows to let in the warm sunlight..

I do enjoy the quiet evening just outside on the stone patio... taking in the beautiful sunset... it gives such inspiration...

We will also being adding a writer's memorial garden... to honor each of the talented writers that passes through our doors....

Pinks and reds
Adorn the skies
Oh how the eagle flies
To float and drift
To rise and fall
Just like the ocean
On a cool summer morn

A cool ocean breeze
Almost brings me to my knees
The soft white sand
Drifted almost like snow
The sea oats brushing to and fro
The cold ocean surf
White capped crashing on the shore
The sandpipers running back and forth
My jeans rolled up to my knees
As I wade in the shoreline
Looking out to sea
I breathe so deeply

My heart aching, burning
My arms wrap around me
The emptiness that fills me
The aching need….
The loneliness
