Here is my latest challenge it's been a puzzle to many for over 20 years. It has been distorted, but I present it to you in it's original form. Mayhaps you will not find this challenge too easy. I will be back later in the day to see if anyone has gotten it correct. I wish you well.

"Think of words ending in -GRY. Angry and hungry are two of them. There are only three words in the English language. What is the third word? The word is something that everyone uses every day. If you have listened carefully, I have already told you what it is."

Hungry as in needing to eat (I figured the 'hungry' you mentioned was meant to be the country since it's not used that often)?

A person can look at this puzzle in different ways. If a person is actually thinking of -gry- the third word is hungry because -gry- is a real word and the letter H is after G.

Now, look at the the third sentence "There are only three words in the English language." The next sentence asks "What is the third word? " Logically, the third word is "Language."

double posting. Hate it when that happens.

My, My, My...Sioux City Male you continue to astound me. You are correct. Actually there are two answers. "Langauge" and "Words" Congratulations! I thought that might have perplexed you a bit. Now try your hand at this one:

A creature came where there sat many wise men in the meeting-place. He had two ears and one eye, two feet and twelve hundred heads, a back and a belly, a pair of hands, two shoulders and arms, a neck, and two sides. Now tell me his name.

The twelve hundred heads gets me. The first thing that popped into mind was a Cyclops, but, twelve hundred heads? I have to think about this one for a bit.

Sir Sioux City Male. It is not a cyclops, nor does it come from the Bible. Continue your mind quest, for this quest is the most difficult I have presented. I will give you a hint if you call it a hint, this is a very ancient riddle. The Tamer's challenge continues unanswered.

Yes or no questions or can I ask other questions?
