The Double Date

Hey everyone,

I'd like to play a high school or college double date scenario, so we'll need another guy and two more girls. I've never done this before, so let me know if you're interested, and maybe you can help me get started.

[Q-Three]

OOC: Zach Grissom, 19. 5'11", medium build, short dark hair and dark brown eyes. Has just finished his freshman year in college, is back at his home town, and is ready for the summer to start. The story begins as Zach is driving with a friend from high school (also having just finished his freshman year at the same school).

IC: Zach adjusted the radio dial as he waited for the light to turn green.

"Listen, man, stop stressing. I'm positive she's gonna like you a lot."

The static on the radio cleared up just as the light turned, and Zach hit the gas, peeling out a little before the car lurched forward. Truth be told, beneath his confident exterior, Zach was really nervous about this date. He hadn't been with a girl since high school, and really had no idea how he had even managed to convince these girls to come out with him and his friend anyway.

He felt a lump in his throat as he pulled into the driveway, hoping he wouldn't make a bad first impression with these girls.

Yeppers. Why don't you post a request for fem writers/players in the thread for stories seeking players and I'll see if I can recruit some.

I suspect you plan on the "Double Date" becoming a sharing of girlfriends along the way. Is that correct?

The idea had been that my character had set up a date with one of the girls, and as a part of the arrangement, his friend and her friend were also being fixed up and coming along. I tried to hint at that in my first post, but maybe it wasn't clear enough.

I also think it could be fun if the characters never actually make it to the date, but I'm up for any ideas anyone has. Let's just have some fun. : )
