People claim that but it doesn't really happen. We go Left and we stay there. This current lurch is dangerous but it cannot last because the only people against moving to the lest are about to die off all on their own. Its WAY to early to say anything with confidence but it seems we should see a pretty decent gain for Dems in 2026 especially if nothing improves over the next 14 months which is obviously a lot of time politically speaking and Americans have incredibly short attention spans.

The reality is neither party can be destroyed. The Founders in their infinite wisdom *sarcasm* locked us into a two party system that is functionally impossible to break.

Secondly, not sure which part that you are having your immature reaction to...that the govt will switch back and forth like it pretty much always has, or that you disagree with the fact our leader seems to disregard the constitution..
guessing the latter.

i guess freedom of speech, freedom of the press, etc arent in your version of the constitution...might make some sense now that i think about it.

Truth is, management should be banning the spammers so you and everyone else here could engage on serious / important topics, and not right wing gaslighting / propaganda.

Both won by landslides.

Both were after a period of record low enthusiasm for the party.
