Best part is that ALL the circus act prior to this order was about how the indictment itself wasn't properly done and that there was evidence the Grand Jury didn't get to hear/see and that was the basis the defense was using to get the case tossed.
Sorry charlie, but no matter how much the judge wanted to dismiss on those grounds it wasn't going to fly, and the judge knew it.
So he found another way to dismiss the indictment. One which smacks of bias and partisanship.
Comey will still be prosecuted once the DOJ gets someone officially appointed to the position. The lack of which you can blame the Democrats in Congress for.
Most likely the judge will just say, "You folks again? You had a competent prosecutor who refused to prosecute because there wasn't any evidence. Then you (improperly) put in an ignorant political hack who couldn't even fill out the paperwork properly, now you're back with someone else, someone carrying a letter from Donald Thirty Four Felonies telling you to get this guy I don't care how you do it!"

Whoever is allowing our now great country to have a two tiered justice system MUST be held accountable.
Thankfully Florida still has sensible laws and courts that respect the wishes of real Americans.

Because currently: When it comes to Trump and his allies, "Do what thou Wilt Shall be the whole of the law."
But when it comes to Trump and his opponents, "Prosecute away... and if you can't find any legitimate crimes to prosecute em, prosecute em anyway. After all, Putin and Kim Jong Un can do it, so why can't Trump??"
That is a two tiered justice system. No rules for Trump, harsh rules for the rest of us.
