The Dark Tower: A new Saga of Middle Earth

Note: As Roland and his group approach the Field of the Violet Roses.....that ends with the ominous Dark Tower...this thread begins here:

IC: Using first person view

I was on the train coming home from spending a day with family. I had quite a way to travel and I leaned back into the seat and looked out of the window upon the rushing of scenery as the train roared past. The sun was setting upon the horizon and my thoughts wandered....as I did I could feel my eyes closing, a dreary sleep upon me.

And at that moment the Path of the Beams that led to different Earth's blinked and the beams fluctuated as if someone was playing them like a light switch......and the great Guardians at the Doorways at the end of the beam opened their respective doors.....and all hell broke loose

He fell into a deep sleep, as he did so, his body began to disappear and appear several times. The other people in the carriage looked on in horror as the man's body finally dematerialised as if had never been there....

The Beams became strong again, and as if on cue the Guardians shut closed their doorways.

"Charyou, Charyou Tree! Come reap sai, come hile and reap!"

Along the Path of the Beams a loud menacing deep gutteral laugh filled with evil pervaded the beams and only slowly faded. The reckoning was at close at hand.

IC: Petar Vodogaz

The first thing I could hear was the abundant sounds of animals of all sorts. The darkness released myself as my senses returned to me. My eyes slowly opened, at first squinting and trying to fathom my new surroundings.

I was on a train moments ago....I think It was moments ago? Where am I? Sitting up my eyes adjusting to the environment around me. I was sitting against a think large tree in what appeared to be a forrest. Sunlight filtered through the high pitched branches, shade was abundant.

"Okay, this must be some joke?" I asked myself out aloud.

There was no answer, of course, only the sounds of nature all around me. Perfect, wonderful....I fall asleep on a train and find myself here, wherever here is! I stood up dusting the loose leaves off me. The smell of the forrest waifed into my nostrils as well as the faecies and kills of the animals.

I didn't know where I was heading, but there was a path leading off in a direction, that seemed to be leading to a thinning of the forrest.

Well I suppose something or someone wants me to head that way, or why would I be here? So with no other option open to me I decided to head down that path.
