Greetings all. I've been lurking here a few months now and am finally ready to contribute myself.

I'll start off by introducing myself. I'm a college student attending Southwest Missouri State pursuing a major in Physics and working toward a minor in astronomy. I assume by now you can tell I'm a geek. To top it off, I'm a huge Star Wars fan. So much in fact that I've been working on my own Darth Vader costume. It's not finished yet, but it's far enough along that you can get a good sense of what it looks like. So for all of you who wanted to see what's under all that black (before that terrible actor Hayden Christensen came along), here we go.

Remember, I'm not looking for any comments on discrepencies in the costume (like the fact that I haven't found the lens for the left eye but it's usually in such shadow you can't realy notice). Believe me, I know every flaw with the costume already.

Now I just hope I can actually figure out how to post a picture....

1. I prefer ROTJ. Something about the way Luke finally redeems Vader makes it special to me.

It will be the upper armor but I've been working on rehabing the comptuer that all those pics are on. I just installed a new motherboard and unfortunately the RAM from my old one didn't work like I'd thought it would so I have to wait until my new chips get here before I can use that computer again. Until then I'll root around on my laptop HD and see if I can find any other pics.
