The Dark Corner-Discuss horror here.

Love the music, shit my panties when I watched this at 16 with my father
I remember being very young when my parents went to see it. My mother came home all shaken up, and for the next few nights my father would slip into the bedroom and lift the bed and start banging it on the floor and she'd yell at him

I didn't get it until I saw the TV version when I was around 11

Also Night of the Demons

A possessed Angela dances to Bauhaus's Stigmata Martyr.

Trivia: Mimi Kinkade who played Angela is a professional dancer and was the main dancer in The Stray Cats sexy and seventeen video.

This scene single-handedly got me into goth music. Okay, well not entirely, but it IS the reason I went out and got a copy of In the Flat Field the next day. Bonus trivia about Kinkade: she believes that she can psychically communicate with animals and has set herself up as a pet psychic. Or she had when I looked her up 10 or so years ago.

I saw her on a panel at a horror con years ago and she discussed that ability.
Her and Linnea made a fun hot duo in Night of the Demons.

The movie had a low budget and campy acting, but for me was a perfect example of 80's horror because it was just fun.

The house they filmed it stole the show.

Well folks looks like the Devil is more than getting his due. Cool if they weren't all posers, but what the hell, still fun.

Okay so I went to see Exorcist Believer last weekend. I knew it wouldn't eb good, but my daughter wanted to go and between her job, kids, BF etc the kid is so busy she makes my head hurt and I don't get a lot of time with her so I said sure, let's go.

Hot garbage is paying this shit fest a compliment. In addition to tossing in some disrespectful woke crap at the original and into this one its just...awful. Burstyn is in it for 15 minutes tops, utters a line that she should have refused to seeing she was part of the original and acts like she didn't want to be there, because she didn't, it took them multiple offers to get her to agree. Odom Jr. Is a good actor, but he had nothing to work with there, jump scares are a joke and...

Anyone who lets Green(Mr Halloween Ends) near another horror movie is out of their mind.

Supposedly they pulled twenty minutes out of this which consisted of a plot that was going to drive the other two movies. Hopes are it was pulled because test screenings were so bad they knew there was no way this could be a trilogy and this slop fest will be it. 26mil opening weekend of a movie trying to hard to suck off the greatest horror movie of all time shows the hardcore fan base knew what was coming.

Billy Friedken passed away recently and that's fortunate for Green because I can only imagine the scorched earth rant this would have gotten.

Halfway through my daughter's like "Can we go?" I'm like "Nope, your idea, we stay to the end"

When we left she was told me the only thing close to as bad as the movie was her having to admit I was right.
