A sign along the trail, saying a signal sentence, sends most people turning away, going down the alternate, longer path.
Some people, the ones who dared continued on, going through quickly listening to the sounds of the night, terrified it might be their last.
At the end of the trail, is a mountain line.Beyond that lies a slightly spacious opening in the rock face of the cliff face above the plateau. The opening leads to a curving, winding tunnel into the heart of the mountain. A few feet into the dark a solid wooden door, thick, almost soundproof, and making sure no one but those allowed can come through.
Once through this is a surprisingly spacious, but cozy cave, carved by a winding river long ago. The river carved its way through the stone of the mountain, leaving a series of caverns as it shifted.
A fireplace is off to one side, a natural fissure acting as the chimney. There are a few couches, obviously hand built, assembled in the room. The thin, winding, defensive nature of the entrance to his home making carrying anything too big in nearly impossible.
Along one wall are all the cooking supplies, utensils, and such one might need or desire, as well as a fully stocked larder. Near this is a table big enough for 5-6 comfortably. Past this are a few smaller caves and alcoves.
The Master Bedroom, Belonging to the Lascivious Leopard, with a queen sized Bed, spacious, fit for a king.
To the Right? The Princess Bedroom, Perfect for a smaller cat, A Neko. A spacious comfy Bed, perfect, complete with a closet and a small dancing area.
The hot spring bubbles constantly, sliding down a small face within the rock to create a waterfall that drains into a pool, offering both a shower, as well as hot tub from the constant filling/emptying.
The guest rooms are simple but sinfully comfortable, as is the rest of the home. The furnishings are done in blues, greens, browns, reminiscent of the surroundings outside.
