This sequel to The Crow wouldn't come across as a bondage-oriented film, but it does have it's points. I saw it some time ago on video, and just re-watched the DVD version.
Plotwise, it's pretty much the same as the first; wronged victim comes back to wreak vengeance.
It's the sets, costumes, and general tone that's of interest to the bondage/fetish crowd.
Costuming must have robbed all the fetish stores in the area, because nearly everyone is in leather, PVC, corsets, collars, and all sorts of stylish "gear".
The "tower" that the evil Bad Guy (Richard Brooks of Law&Order )
uses for his HQ is a never-ending S-M party, with geared up sycophants having non-stop bondage and discipline fun. Most of this stuff is shot in passing, of course, but it's pretty good nontheless.
Brooks plays Judah as an understated, intellectual, menacing type, much different than the usual over-the-top villian.
During the course of the film, the female lead (a tatoo artist, no less) is kidnapped by Judah, and kept in a very nice steel collar and chain which actually fits well. There are some nice shots of the attractive Mia Kirschner wearing this device. (Wish I had vid capture capabilities)
Worth the rent for a couple of run-throughs, anyway.
