That doesn't sound possible. How can a chip meet your requirements for nourishment? It certainly could not change your anatomy or metabolism to the point where you could live off a power cord. Turning humans into cyborgs will require a lot more than an injected chip; it would require either extensive surgery, or nanotech of a form not even on the horizon now.
