I am not sure if this qualifies as a rant but...I am stark raving insane so....

I HATE THEM!!!! THEY SHOULD ALL HAVE LEECHES ON THEIR GENITALS AND THE LEECHES SHOULD HAVE CRABS!


Ok they have to wait two weeks to move my service all of which is included in them going to the main box and flicking a switch!! TWO WEEKS...it is a conspiracy I tell ya!

Yes it is disconnected at the main box for my apartment and they just need to reconnect it.

I'm therre with you. It took them two weeks to get out and do a basic install here, too. I made three different appointments and each of them got screwed up by some different problem in the company. I ended up having to say "Well, I know getting a Dish isn't this much trouble. I wouldn't have to work nearly as hard to be their customer" before they'd get anything done to my satisfaction.

I'm seriously displeased. And it looks like the install of the cable modem in my brother's computer may have boned it up to the point where we're going to have to reinstall Windows tonight.

Yet another thing for the letter I'm writing to their General Manager....
