Whenever I watch an x-rated or softcore porn movie I always hope to see the bad guy in the movie get to have his way with the sweet innocent woman, not sure what that says about me but hey...

Anyway, what about a story in the first person where the main character is a real bastard who takes advantage of the women he works with. He threatens their jobs, pressures them and even offers promotions that he has no intention of keeping just to get sex. He chalks up one conquest after another until he meets a woman who is unbelievably sexy. He throws everything he has at her until he has the best night of sex yet in the office. Soon after he finds out the woman is the owner of the company's wife and she turns the table on him and his job is in jeopardy if he doesn't perform the way she wants.

I think you will find plenty of stories like that on this site. The problem is in writing a story where they main character doesn't come off as a complete asshole. I recently watched "Two Moon Junction," which I had liked a lot when it came out, but watching it again, it's like the main male character is a prick and the main female character is a push-over. This makes it not nearly as good for me.

It's always so black and white. The domineering bos has no conscience at all and the sub, no will power at all.
How about one where the boss is in a position of power and certainly CAN dominate the beautiful co-worker, but is struggling with his own conscience on whether to do it or not. Hey, I might write one like that myself.

I know what you mean. I think the stories are far more interesting when there's some internal conflict and the situations aren't completely one-sided, but based on the number of stories on this site, there must be a lot of people who enjoy the stories where the domination is absolute.

I like the stories more when everyone knows there are options, like in the boss/employee stories, where the abused employee may even come right out and say, "I'll report you for this," but doesn't because she'd rather continue to be mistreated than have to admit to having gone along with it in the first place.

Well, there are so many factors into a story like this. Also varies on what type of work, what type of industry one is in. For example, sales people enjoy many highs and horrible lows. So it’s easy to see when one is out wining and dining a client how things can happen. Also after closing a big lead one can enjoy a night out. On top of that, working so close together things can heat up. Hence the term work spouse. Power, is also sexy as with success.

Also, some times people just click. Let’s say that the husband is timid in the bedroom and the wife had a skilled lover or maybe she explored BDSM and wants to spice things up? There are some men out there that thing anal sex is horrible and maybe she craves it? Also there are some husbands out there very jealous of the wife’s vibrator. So in time the boss picks up on some of these things and slowly starts to seduce her?
