It was a sunny day and Edward had gone out for a walk in the town square like he had done on occasion when his duties permitted him. He especially like to stop by the Blacksmiths shop because he seen a beauty there that palled all the other women beauty. Edward did try to strike up a conversation with her on many occasions but fail in every attempt. Every time he seen her he thought to his self that on day she will be mine. He loved what he hopes was her shyness and innocence. He would often see her when he would take his late night run when he would change into a wolf.


One day when Edward returned from his walk around town one of his father’s servant told Edward to come to the throne room that his father had something to tell him. He hoped that his father hadn’t found out what he was doing at night. He cautiously walked into the room hoping that it wasn’t anything bad. “Son I have something to tell you” he hears cringing in fear for the worst “you know that girl you have been fond of the Blacksmiths girl…. Well her father has agreed to give you her hand in marriage.” Edward retorts “dose she even know that this is happening” he always hated the whole arranged marriage thing because most of the time the woman ends up either getting cold feet or hating the man over time. His father’s response was “She will know in due time.” Edward wanted to know what he would gain from all of this but didn’t bother to ask better not to know than to know and get asked later. He figured he would wait for her father to tell her the news and then maybe try to go talk to her again. Maybe this will loosen her tongue and he can get to know her before the wedding day. He really hoped that she secretly wants this too and is too shy to talk to him

Bio: Elsa was Daughter to a blacksmith it was not the most rich life but she had what she needed. Elsa has two other sister and the oldest is her brother. their mother died when Elsa was born so her two oldest sisters raised her. Elsa's father Luke was a drunk. He always tried to sell his girls but no man in town wanted them but soon He heard the king looking for a bride for his son and he made a deal with the king for his youngest.



Elsa was quite tempered and pretty meek. She did her chores and everyday she would notice this boy of nobility come into her father shop. Elsa Felt sorry for the poor boy. She would just listen to him and smiled a bit. when The boy would walk off she felt a little bad but as her father put it she was there to work and not talk to strangers.

It was a bright beautiful morning when the bot walked into the shop again for a whole month now this boy was putting moves on her and flirting with her. Elsa blushed every time he walked in knowing he would come straight for her. Elsa stocked the shelves as the boy walked up to her. Elsa smiled and nodded at him.

Edward finally went to the blacksmith’s shop to they and get Elsa to talk to him seeing how they are to be married they need to be able to communicate to each other. His heart fluttered as she smiled at him. “Hello Miss Graves I’m Edward Kenway I was wondering if you have some time to talk” he said trying to be formal hoping her father had at the very least told her what he had done. HE figured all the times he had tried to flirt with her had failed maybe this approach will work better.

“If you’re worried about your father getting mad at you for slacking of I don’t think it will be an issue how about we go have a snack at one of the food vendors together” he asks hoping she will say yes. He wants to spend some time together and get to know one another. Edward couldn’t help but gaze at Elsa’s beauty and grace. He really hoped that she would be ok with marrying him even though the marriage is arranged.

Elsa jumped a bit as she was startled. she turned from cleaning her father's forge. Elsa bowed and smiled." my lord kenway. its a pleasure. what can i do for you this afternoon." Elsa sighed when she heard he wanted to take her out. she had no idea she was to marry this man. Elsa smiled and as politely as she could." Lord Kenway if i have done anything in the past to warrant this attention i assure you i did not intend to lead you on and i am most sorry for the miss readings you think you might have saw. please forgive me but i must get back to work now. My father will tan my hide if he sees me talking to customers."

It broke Elsa's heart to have to turn him down but she could not accept. she sighed. she knew since the day she was born she was going to be married. her father prepared her for it. Mr. Graves grabbed Elsa by the arm harshly and pulled her into the back." you stupid girl what do you think you are doing. He is to be your husband and you refuse him on what he wants."

Elsa was shocked to hear her father tell her she was to be married to the prince. she apologized to her father and went back out to lord Kenway." my lord i have changed my mind i would love to go got something to eat with you." Elsa smiled and bowed her head to her prince.

Edward sighed as he left the shop there was nothing he could do if Elsa’s father hasn’t told her anything. He hears her father scold her and his heart sank a bit he didn’t want to get her in trouble with her father and that is exactly what he has done. He began to walk away when he hear her father basically tell her she is to be married to him. He waited where he was standing to see if she will go with him to get something to eat. Looking at her when she came out of the shop bow her head and call him lord Kenway again after learning she was to marry him made feel like she wasn’t even to be married to him. “you know my lady you don’t have to call me lord Kenway anymore you can call me Edward and you don’t have to bow to me anymore either.”

He could help but get a little nervous when she was with him the girl of his dreams finally joining him to get something to eat. “Is there any place special you like to eat at my lady anywhere you want to go no matter how expensive it is I’ll take you” he asks wanting to make it easier on her to talk to him. He couldn’t help but to get lost in her innocent ice blue eyes. He wanted to kiss her right then and there but refrained seeing how they never really had any history together except for his flirting.

“Will my lady let me hold her hand while we walk through the streets” he asks reaching out his hand. He wanted to feel her soft skin against his. At this point his heart was racing and he tried not to show how nervous he was. Even though he was school in everything that he needed to know to run a kingdom matters of the heart still eluded him. He really hopes this day will be one of many he will have with her before their marriage ceremony.

Elsa smiled at his offer and shook her head no." Father never let us eat out of our own home. me and my sister had to cook and clean the house so we were always busy." Elsa looked down and kicked the dirt with her shoe not sure what to do now.

Elsa smiled and grabbed her lords hand. She walked with him down the dirt road. Elsa was trying to be good company but Lord Kenway was a prince. What did she know about entertain princes. she was a commoner.Elsa smiled and kissed his cheek." why don't you take me somewhere you like.

Edward looks at her shocked that she kissed him on the cheek given the fact that she would only give him a smile the day before. He gives her a kiss on the cheek as well hoping not to embrace her. He knows the stress of entertaining the prince but he was simple to entertain or at least I would be for her seeing how this was going to be all about her.

“How about this we go to a place that you have dreamed about going then seeing how your father never let you eat out.” He said trying to make her feel special and to show her that it wasn’t all about him the he thought of other people as well

Elsa blushed as Edward kissed her hand. She looked down and kicked her foot in the dirt. Elsa smiled and thought for a moment then her face lit up. Elsa turned to Edward." This Chinese family just moved here and I have heard their food is to die for." Elsa looked down with a deep blush creeping along her cheeks. Elsa got a burst of courage and grabbed Edwards hand and pulled him to the tavern. Elsa sat with Edward and smiled." Tell me about your self my Lord.

Edward couldn’t help but to smile when Elsa blushed when he kissed her hand he found it very cute. He couldn’t but to laugh to his self when she pulled him to the tavern she wanted to eat at. When she asked him to tell her about himself he wanted to go ahead and tell her everything but he didn’t know how she would react to him telling her that he was able to shift his form to a werewolf or a wolf so he thought it better to tell her later whenever they got to know each other better.

He said to her “you don’t have to me my lord anymore seeing how we are to be wed you can just call me Edward.” He takes his hand and removes a strand of hair that had fallen down in front of her face and caresses her cheek before he gave her a kiss on the lips.

Elsa could not believe she was here and engaged to the prince of the realm. she ordered her food and looked back at Edward and smiled. Elsa couldn't help but smile all the time. It was something she did when she was nervous.

Elsa blushed as Edward brushed a strand of hair back and turned red. Elsa was even more shocked when she was kissed. at first she did nothing and waited. This was her first kiss and she was not sure what she was suppose to do. she moved her lips in sync with his hoping she was doing this right.

Elsa leaned more into the kiss but suddenly remembered where she was and retreated back to her space. She looked down and did not make eye contact with Edward. she felt her cheeks go even redder if that was at all possible.

Edward instantly began to blush when Elsa pulled away from the kiss. He enjoyed the kiss very much and he could also tell that Elsa hadn't kissed a man like that before. He ordered his food so that the waiter would leave.


He gently raised her head with his fingers under her chin and said "I'm sorry for kissing you in public like that and embarrassing you. I've always found you cute and I have wanted you to be mine now that you will be I couldn't control myself. Plus I find your shyness very cute." He moves his hand back to her cheek but this time he only caresses her cheek and he gives her q smile trying to get her to calm down. Some of the food came out so he let. her be for now because he thought he maybe making everything worse.


"Maybe tomorrow if you are up for it and your father will let you out of your work we can go horseback riding?" He asked hoping that they could spend more time together.

Elsa looked up when she felt Edward's fingers under her chin. she smiled and nodded." its not that you embarrassed me i have just never kissed anyone before your my first kiss." Elsa looked down and finished off her food." you mean we get to ride horses. i have never rode on a horse. yes i would love to go with you." she put her hands in his lap." do you mind if i ask you when we will be wed."

Edward looked at Elsaand said "I don't know my father didn't say if he promises your father a certain date. I hope they will let us decide that because I want to get to know you better first seeing how this is the first time we have even talked." He reached over to her and caressed her cheek asking " when do you want to be wed seeing how you are going to be a part of it?" He really didn't know when they were to be wed seeing how his father didn't tell him or forgot to tell him.

Elsa was disappointed with his answer. she wanted to know how long she had her freedom for. Elsa smiled and looked up and decided she just wanted to get this done and over with." why not just get married now and then we can get to know each other later i mean i have nothing stopping me and its going to happen anyway so why not now. i am completely okay with this."

Edward looks over at heer with a smile sensing her disappointments with his answer. He could feel that she thought that her freedom was over once thet are wed. "We can do a small ceremony with just family today then we can do a bigger one latter on once we get to know each other ." He said to her. Before Elsa could answe him he gave her another loving kiss.

Elsa Blushes at the kiss she received and when she heard what Edward had said she jumped on then knocking them both the the ground. she gave him a very passionate kiss. when Elsa realized what she was doing she jumped up and blushed even more and looked to the ground apologizing.

Edward loved the passionate kiss Elsa gave back. He only gave her a smile and got up."It's fine my dear." He says as he dusts himself off. Edward pays for the food then grabs her hand and he says to her " we better get going we have to tell your father as well as my family our plan so that they will show up for our wedding ceremony." They walk out for a little bit before he asks her ""are you ok with not having a dress for this ceremony?"
